1. Corporate Finance 7th edition 是中英双语版本, 作者是RWJJ （对应course: corporate finance 每年挂的人不少）
2. Financial accounting and reporting 12th editon, 美国版，作者是两个elliott
3. Financial accounting and reporting 2rd edition, 是前者的国际版，作者相同 （对应course:Financial statement analysis)
4. Applied econometrics, 对大论文建立经济模型有帮助，对course: financial modeling 也很有帮助
5. CFA 考试习题系列3： Financial statement analysis (可以当做 course: Financial statement analysis的练习）
6. CIMA 考试习题 financial analysis （作用同上）
7. Modern Financial management 8th edison (金融学科的经典读物）
