Excellent opportunity for a client-facing individual to join a leading CFD/ spreadbetting broker as a client management advisor.



Daily responsibilities to include:



Client interaction (phone and/ or email)
Ensuring client paperwork is correct and dealt with accordingly
Assisting clients with trading platforms and systems
Understand the company’s products and promote these through proactive client contact
Provide a first class service to clients


Ideally you will have previously worked with clients in a face-to-face banking/ broking or betting role. You will have an understanding of financial products such as CFD’s, FX, Indices and Equities, spreadbetting and on-line trading, or have a desire to learn this.

At least educated to degree level and it is essential to be fluent in Mandarin and English.
