by the way, house on Ullswater Street is only 5 minutes walk to DMU library, the one on Wesdtern Road is 10 minutes walk, only newly renovated in September 2011 so in very good condition.

by the way, I also have house on Ullswater Street (LE2 7DU) and Windermere Street (LE2 7GT) but they are under renovation now and I will post pictures once the work have been completed.  Many thanks
