I am the landlord so there is no agency fee for you to pay.  I have a few houses, most of them newly renovated recently.  There are two 4 students houses, one has two rooms available, at the moment, one De Montefort University and one Leicester University students living in both houses.  As they moved in at different and some of them living there since last year, I cannot move them together into one house.  I also have a 3 bedrooms house available.  The rent is £65 per room per week (without bills).  All the houses are in good maintain order as I only renovated them this year.  If you are interested or would like to view the houses and the tenants, I can arrange for you to do so.  As I mentioned before, I speak and read Chinese but just don't know how to do the Chinese typing, you can reply me in Chinese by all means or ring me at 07734316688.  I work from 2 - 11 pm and the reception where I work is not very good, so please ring me either before 2 pm or after 11 pm.  Many thanks for your reply.

by the way, at the moment, all my houses are let to either DMU or Leicester U students so you don't have to worry who you have to share the house with.
