Two bedroom flat (furnished) in Stoneygate is available from middle of September to let, postcode LE2 2AP.  It is a 15-20mins walk to the University of Leicester.  The flat is on the sixth floor with an elevator in the block.  The flat consists of a lounge, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen.  It includes washing machine, fridge and freezer.  It is ideal for a couple or two girls sharing.

The rent is £620 per month excluding bill.  Garage is available at £10 per month.

Let me know your contact number, in case if the new tenant i find does not need the flat before 15th Oct, I could let the flat out for short period.
